Items Required: Binoculars.
Reward: 2 Diamonds.
Notes: Need to do quest on Puuhonua before doing this quest.

 First tube is in the northern palm trees.

Second one is on Puuhonua.

Third is on Turtle. Talk to the Livery owner.

For the fourth, go east and RIGHT into the mud puddle. Use binoculars and go back to Rodney.
