Requires: 1 Obisidan and Coral
you get the coral from digging at the south-east point of starfish isle. Dig south of the palm tree on the tip.
THUNK! Your shovel struck something hard... but it definitely wasn't coral! This clam does NOT look happy.
talk to the clam called pearl. The clam wants algae sample, which you get from the south-east point of jungle isle, under the double palm tree. he also wants 20 pearls. use your magnifying glass under the double palm tree..
You looked closely at the sand south of the double palm like Pearl suggested... but didn't watch your feet! Yikes! Now you're in the middle of the ocean! Maybe if you look, you can see where you can get your feet on the ground..
Then use it again
Whew... you got yourself onto the rock. It's a near thing. The rock is slippery with... algae! Maybe you can scrape some up with your shovel.
use your shovel and you have the algae sample
You carefully collected a sample of Zooxanthellae, a type of algae! Now you'd better look closely for a way to get back to shore.
use your magnifying glass again and you will be back to shore, take the algae along with the 20 pearls back to pearl the clam.
she will then give you the Coral sample she promised. now take that back to Deirdra.
she will make the necklace and you need to take that to Octavia on Scoria isle, she is at the rowboat which takes you to basalt.
she gives you a pearl which you need to take back to Octavius. Remember hes on the third nonesuch isle, west of the north palm tree.
You Completed the Octavius Goes A-Courting quest! You earned 5 Crystal Statues and 175 quest points.

Generally, the name of the person is in the quest name, and they do put the NPC location.
