Notes: After talking to Lelu, go to the choclatier royal. Emma says you have to petition the king so you can use her services. King Phil wants struffoli and milk. Go to the bottom on Jungle Isle and find Cinnamon, who gives you the milk. Then talk to her sister Cookie. After that return to King Phil and he will let you use the choclatier's services. Give the items to Emma and she sends you to Hoof Isle. Go back to Lelu.
