Items Required: 
Reward: $10000.
Notes: 
Talk to Sleepwell. Then Patsy, then Koko and finally Epona. Then find the three parts ( pictures below). After go to Ward in Hotton and return to Sleepwell.

    you have to go back to patsy first he send you to the blacksmith
