After talking to Jubal, talk to Palila. First, talk to Reuben in Appleton. He tells you to see Gritty, on Art. He gives you two more scraps of paper. Off to see the pirates! Go to the crossbones camp first. Talk to Captain Soloman. Go to Silver Mary, exchange the amethysts for the scraps. She sends you to Nathaniel. Trade the paper for the topazes. He sends you to the bridge guard, get scraps from him. Go see Black Bart. He tells you to see three people, Rihanna, Sam and the rowboat guy. Rowboat guy on Bird wants Topazes for his scraps. Sam wants 5 Amethysts. Now head to Rihanna. She gives you some scraps. Now talk to Dieter.

Go back to Jubal and show him a gumdrop. Shovel right in the cabin.
I followed this back and only ended up with 14 pieces of scrap paper. Dieter won't let me talk to him until I have 16.
ReplyDeleteI got it. You have to get the two scraps of paper from Jubal. And you can skip Dieter if you just go straight to Jubal and give him the gum drop.
