Talk to Tucker, he gives you a book. Go back to Davy. Talk a lot. Figure out the box with his Triumph is on Hoof Isle. Go there. Dig right in front of the gazebo. Go back to Davy. Talk, then give the bear to Sam. Talk to Davy again.
