Talk to Ryland. Go talk to Parry, east of Ryland and then go back to Ryland.
The photo is wrong. The other commenters are partially right. You go to two little stumps to the west (next to the mud muddle) THEN talk to Ryland, then Parry, then back to Ryland.

ReplyDeleteYes, you're supposed to go west and slightly north of the house, to the two little stumps by the mud puddle.
ReplyDeleteGo talk to Parry in the smaller cabin to the right of Ryland's and he'll give you Ryland's whetstone.
