After talking to Cookie head to Cupcake. You need to find the bananas.

Of course after you return to Cookie, she sends you back to the bottom of jungle. When you visit Cinnamon, she asks you to deliver a letter to Cupcake. This also completes Cinnamon's quest. Go back to Cookie.
