Thorne's Dog.
NPC Location: Flower. Level: Novice. Quest Points: 50. Items Required: Shovel. Reward: $5000. Notes: Find Tookers. Go one step east and one step south and dig to find the bone.
The dog wanders around the forest, so it's not always one step east and then one step south.
