Return to Lau. He is here, near Soaring Meadows.
His staff is here.
Next, Hoa sends you to Master Shua. He is on the first sand isle.
To get his staff, answers are 87, it's not raining and 1. Next, go to Master Tang on Flower Isle. He wants grasshoppers in exchange for the location of his staff.
